Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Handling

All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery and Transit Times

We use The Courier Guy, a trusted South African courier service, for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local Deliveries (Gauteng): 3–5 business days
  • National Deliveries (within South Africa): 3–5 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet these estimates, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Sinogy provides free standard shipping on all orders within South Africa. No additional fees will be charged unless specifically stated for special delivery options.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.


5. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Street address
  • Contact person
  • Contact number
  • Any relevant access instructions

A signature may be required upon delivery. If the courier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect information or the absence of a recipient, redelivery attempts or collection at a courier depot may be necessary.


6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your parcel is damaged, missing, or tampered with, please notify Sinogy within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or other documentation to facilitate a replacement or refund.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for reimbursement.


7. Compliance with South African Law

Sinogy complies with all relevant South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). Customers have rights to safe, reliable, and accurately described products and services.
